I find myself feeling the same things that you feel (felt) as a larger person. I'm 40, 5'9 and 302 lbs. I've been fat all my life and have grown weary of the diet, lose, gain, repeat cycle that has been my existence for the past three decades. I've decided to have surgery and am at the beginning of the pre-op and approval process. Your story gives me hope. I'll check in again.
